Whiplash
Whiplash is most commonly received from car accidents. When the head is suddenly jerked back and forth beyond its normal limits the muscles and ligaments supporting the spine and head can be overstretched or torn.
Headaches, dizziness, nausea, blurred vision and pain in the shoulder, arms and hands, the reduced ability to turn and bend, and even low back problems can be common with Whiplash.
Symptoms may not appear initially, and may take weeks or even months to appear. Chiropractic care can help return normal spinal function and mobility.
